We use UPS Express for fast and reliable shipping.

Orders totaling over $80 receive free shipping.

Orders totaling less than or equal to $80 will be charged $8 for shipping.

Currently, we only sell to the United States.

When you place an order for our Foldable Fabric Closet products, they’ll ship out from our warehouse at 127 Downing St, Dalton, Georgia, 30721.

Note: We won’t add sales tax or extra taxes to your order. If your residence or order location needs sales tax for your items, you, the customer, should handle those taxes.

Keep in mind that sales tax rules differ by area, so it’s your responsibility to know and follow the relevant tax laws. We suggest confirming your location’s sales tax policy before completing your purchase to be aware of any extra fees you might need to pay.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCT WITHIN 11 BUSINESS DAYS

It usually takes 7-11 working days to receive your items from the order processing date.

Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days, and UPS Express shipping takes 6-9 business days.

Please note: If you do not receive the Foldable Fabric Closet within 11 business days after placing the order, please contact Nathaniel Jordan at  [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or resend the Foldable Fabric Closet for you.

OUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS

Your order of Foldable Fabric Closet will take 1-2 business days to be processed.

If you place your order after 5pm on a working day, we will start processing it at 8am the next day.

If you place an order after 5pm on Friday, your Foldable Fabric Closet will be processed starting at 8am on the following Monday.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends.

ABOUT THE PACKING

When we ship out our Foldable Fabric Closet, they’re snugly packed in sturdy, waterproof cartons. Our packaging is designed to make sure your pet’s comfy spot arrives in perfect condition.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

After the order payment is successful, you can check the order status in your account orders details.

If you need to cancel an order, you can only modify the order within 2 hours after placing the order and the order has not yet been processed.

This includes canceling the order in whole or in part, changing the address, changing the delivery method and adding, exchanging or removing items from the order.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We thoroughly inspect the Foldable Fabric Closet before shipping to ensure its original condition.

While we are not responsible for damage during shipping, they will contact the shipping company to resolve the issue.
